Gladys Marie Coots born January 28, 1961 departed this life on Thursday March 23, 2023 at the Cornerstone Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia being 62-years old.  Gladys was born in Combs, Kentucky the daughter of the late Herman Strunk and the late Sarah Feltner Strunk.  Other than her parents, Gladys was also preceded in death by her Brother, Marion Strunk and Sister, Mary Ann Hughes.  Gladys was a life-long resident of Combs, Kentucky and loved sitting on her porch talking to people as they passed bye.

Gladys Marie Coots leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband, Larry Coots of Combs, KY; Daughter, Malissa Combs of Combs, KY; Two Grandchildren, Sara Combs and Jacob Combs both of Combs, KY; Two Sisters, Brenda Couch of Yerkes, KY and Janet Booker & Robert of Combs, KY; Three Brothers, Bobby Strunk of Combs, KY, Jackie Strunk of Combs, KY and Rex Strunk & Wanda Faye of Combs, KY; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Gladys Marie Coots will be held on Monday evening after 6:00 P.M. at the Combs Church of God.  Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday March 28, 2023 at the Combs Church of God with Kenny Smith and Portia Combs officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Combs Cemetery located at Combs, Kentucky.
