Gladys Faye Lively born August 14, 1946 departed this life on Wednesday May 24, 2023 at the Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee being 76-years old. Gladys was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Mack Grigsby and the late Lola Williams Grigsby. Other than her Parents, Gladys was also preceded in death by her Brothers, Gordon Grigsby, Dexter Grigsby, Kenneth Grigsby and Twin Brother, Glennis Grigsby; Sister, Martha Ritchie. Gladys was of the Baptist Faith and loved spending time with her Children and Grandchildren.

Gladys Faye Lively leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Son, Kerman Edward Lively of Powell, TN; Daughter, Faye Eddleman & Dave of Knoxville, TN; Brothers, Bobby Eugene Grigsby of Dayton, OH, Ed Grigsby & Faye of Fisty, KY, J.C. Grigsby & Karen of Bulan; Special Friends, Mary Ann and Ruth; Special Fur Friends, Co-Co Eddleman and Sid Lively; Grandchildren, Josh Barnefske & Taylor, Nathan Eddleman & Abby, Amelia Eddleman, Nathan Lee Eddleman, Charles Eddleman; Special Grandchildren, Michael Clemons and Spencer Brown; Great-Grandchildren, Charlotte Barnefske, Tucker Barnefske, Delayna Barnefske, Blakely White, Noah Eddleman, Madi Eddleman, Maycee Eddleman, Konnor Eddleman and One on the way, Avery Faye Eddleman. A host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Gladys Faye Lively will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. on Wednesday May 31, 2023 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Randy Combs officiating. The Interment will follow in the Williams Branch Cemetery located at Ary, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 4:00 till 8:00 P.M.
