Hazel Fern Bailey Campbell born July 7,1935 went Home to be with the Lord on Sunday May 29,2022 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard being 86-years old. Hazel was born at McIntosh (Wooton), Kentucky the daughter of the late George Revis Bailey and the late Francis Marie Brewer Bailey. Other than her parents, Hazel was also preceded in death by her Son, Charles Edward Campbell, Jr.; Brothers, Paul Bailey and Clinton Bailey. Hazel was a Life-Long Homemaker, Member of the Baptist Faith, and a Devoted Wife, Mother, and Grandmother.

Hazel Fern Bailey Campbell leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband of 71 years, Charles Edward Campbell of Browns Fork; Two Daughters, Pixie Caldwell of Browns Fork, Vicky Stidham & Michael of Leslie Co.; Two Sisters, Ester Louise Campbell of Wooton, Wanda Faye Jones of Corbin, KY. Seven Grandchildren, and a host of Great-Grandchildren, Great-Great Grandchildren, and other Relatives and Friends survive.

Funeral Services for Hazel Fern Bailey Campbell will be conducted on Thursday June 2, 2022 at 4:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Amos Hamblin officiating. The Interment will follow in the Campbell Cemetery located at Browns Fork, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Thursday from 3:00 till 4:00 P.M.
