Hershel Woods, Jr. born February 15, 1950 departed this life on Friday July 14, 2023 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard being 73-years old. Hershel was born in Hyden, Kentucky the son of the late Hershel Woods and the late Ollie North Woods. Other than his Parents, Hershel was also preceded in death by his Sisters, Sadie Holland, Lula Salyers, Helen Meddeland, Ively Collins, Leta Salyers and Emma Miller.

Hershel Woods, Jr. leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Daughter, Kimberly Wilder & Michael of Oneida, KY; Ex-Wife, Cathy Couch of Oneida, KY; Sisters, Janice Bowling of Bear Branch, KY, Viney Salyers of Oneida, KY; Special Friend, Audrey Blevins; Granddaughter, Chelsie Michaele Katherine Nicole Wilder.
