Hershel Darrell Mullins born May 28, 1971 departed this life on Sunday February 2, 2025 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 53-years old.  Hershel was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Anna Lee Stacy.  Other than his mother, Hershel was also preceded in death by his daughter, Sarah Faith Mullins; uncles, Wes, Ray, and Bill Stacy; aunt, Velma Miller.

Hershel loved being outdoors and singing, he wasn't afraid of work, as he would tackle any job laid out in front of him.  Most of all though, Hershel loved his family, kids, and grandchildren, all of whom brought him great joy.

Hershel Darrell Mullins leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Children, Matthew Mullins & Kaylee, Jamie Lynn Brewer, Joshua Lee Mullins & Lashara, Charles Mullins, Bobby Mullins, Destiny Mullins and Harmony Mullins; brothers, Donald Stacy, Ance "Todd" Collins, and Gregory Fugate; two sisters, Regina Collins and Shannon Collins; aunts, Agnes and Edna; uncles, Clayton and Donald Ray; 9-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Hershel Darrell Mullins will be conducted on Saturday February 8, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Anthony Mullins and Clayton Stacy officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Stacy Family Cemetery located at Pigeon Roost, Kentucky.  The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:00 – 1:00 P.M.
