Hunter Watkins Yeary born May 9, 1941 departed this life on Friday December 13, 2024 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 83-years old.  Hunter was born in Hardburly the son of the late Earl Yeary and the late Ina Combs Fugate.  Other than his parents, Hunter was also preceded in death by the mother of his children, Ollie Jo Engle; step-father, Anderson "Pick" Fugate; brothers, Harold Gene Yeary & Midori, Earl David Yeary, and Buster Fugate; sisters, Anita Stacy & Dennis and Marlene Smith & Hager.

Hunter Watkins Yeary leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: sons, Dwayne Yeary & Ginger of Happy, KY; Hager Glenn Yeary & Rachelle of Kirksey, KY and Scott Yeary & Danielle of Bulan, KY; grandchildren, Nevaeh Yeary, Desmond Yeary, Hayley Yeary, and Hunter Yeary; great-grandchildren, Makel Yeary, Bentley Yeary, Bella Yeary, Brantley Yeary, Ivy Yeary, Olly Yeary, and Anorah Yeary; also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Hunter Yeary will be held on Sunday evening at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M.  Funeral Service will be conducted on Monday December 16, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home at 12:00 P.M. with David Gambill, Keith Amburgey, and Dale Hanlon officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Engle Cemetery at Trace in Fisty, Kentucky.
