Irene Campbell born August 11, 1951 went Home to be with the Lord on Saturday February 4, 2023 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 71-years old. Irene was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Ray Sebastian and the late Polly Herald Sebastian. Other than her parents, Irene was also preceded in death by her Husband, Dale Campbell; Two Sons, Kelly McIntosh, Jr. And Johnny Clay McIntosh; a host of siblings. Irene was a Member of Potters House Ministry, loved cooking, baking, and taking care of people. Irene loved her family and church family.

Irene Campbell leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Son, Steven McIntosh of Hazard; Daughter, Lisa McDonald & Duncan of Versailles, KY; One Brother, Paul David Sebastian & Norma of Newport, KY; Two Sisters, Fannie Ruth Colwell of Hazard, Mary Miller of Hazard; Grandchildren, Josh, Caleb, Eli, Nicole, Shelby, Kayla, Courtney, Olivia, Harmony, Brittany Paige, and Colton; A host of Great-Grandchildren and other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Irene Campbell will be conducted on Wednesday February 8, 2023 at 11:00 A.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Pastor Donnie Enfusse officiating. The Interment will follow in the Sebastian Branch Cemetery at Jackson, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M.
