Janet Lee Bowling born April 7, 1964 departed this life on Saturday March 26, 2022 at her residence in Busy, Kentucky being 57-years old.  Janet was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Shelby Mize and the late Ruth Keith Mize.  Other than her parents, Janet was also preceded in death by her husband, James Bowling.

Janet Lee Bowling leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Three Sons, Jerry Mize & Sherry of Frankfort, KY, James Bowling & Melissa of Hazard, KY, and Jeff Bowling & Ashley of Vicco, KY; Brother, Shelby Mize of Combs, KY; Four Sisters, Betty Brunner of Tazewell, TN, Sue Jones of Chavies, KY, Linda Combs of Combs, KY, and Jean Johnson of Winchester, KY; Six Grandchildren, Nelson, Madison, Russell, Keisha, Nick, and Tamara; Four Great-Grandchildren, Treston, Makinleigh, Landyn, and Natalie; Special Friend, Brownloe Fugate; Also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Memorial Service for Janet Lee Bowling will be conducted on Wednesday March 30, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Merill David Collins and Johnny Ambrose officiating.  The Visitation will be from 12:00 – 2:00 P.M.  Interment will follow in the Ambrose Family Cemetery located at Busy, Kentucky.
