Janet Collins born October 29, 1946 departed this life on Tuesday September 24, 2024 in Hazard, Kentucky being 78 years old. Janet was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Enos Collins and the late Edna White Collins. Other than her parents, Janet was also preceded in death by her son, Kelly Neri; sister, Rosetta Collins Castor; sister, Carol Oliff.

Janet Collins leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: daughter, Carmia Neri Covert; granddaughter, Amanda Westgaard Bavuso; grandson, Ryan Westgaard; granddaughter, Adrianna Neri; brothers, Gary Collins & Farley Collins; A host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends survive.
