Jason Michael Combs born February 12, 1981 departed this life on Sunday May 21, 2023 in Hazard, Kentucky being 42-years old. Jason was born in Lexington, Kentucky and was preceded in death by his Parents, Kelly Michael Combs and Darlene Faye Napier Combs.

A host of other relatives and friends survive.
