Jeanette Williams born December 28, 1938, departed this life on Thursday – April 2, 2026 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center being 87-years old.  Jeanette was born in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Sam Combs and the late Erie Combs.  Other than her parents, Jeanette was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy Williams; daughter, Kim Williams; brothers, Sam Combs, Billy Combs; sisters, Ann Howard, Alberta Kaufman.

Jeanette leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: daughter, Belinda Williams-Combs (Donihue); sisters, Jerry Ewen, Mary Cornett; also, a host of nieces and nephews survive.

Funeral Services for Jeanette Williams will be conducted on Thursday – April 9, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Darcy Owens officiating. The Interment will follow in the Combs Family Cemetery located at Hazard, Kentucky.  The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Wednesday April 8, 2026 from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
