Jeffrey Steven Pratt born September 20, 1980, departed this life on Sunday – May 17, 2026 being 45-years old.  Jeffrey Pratt was born in Hazard, Kentucky, the son of the late Jeffrey Darrell Pratt and the late Brenda Kaye Caudill.  Others than his parents Jeffrey was also preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Rena Vay Caudill; maternal grandfather, William B. Watts; paternal grandparents, Dillard Pratt and Alma Halcomb Pratt.

Jeffrey leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: son, Kobe Cockrell; daughter, Morgan Cockrell; grandchildren, Oaklynn and Walker Eversole; sisters, Jeannie Pratt, and Celesta Cody; brother, Jesse Oaks; nephew, Jaxon Clark; niece, Aaliyah Cole, and other relatives & friends survive.

Celebration of Life for Jeffrey Steven Pratt will be conducted on Saturday – May 30, 2026 from 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. at the Gospel Light Baptist Church in Hazard, Kentucky with Chris Fugate officiating.
