Jeffrey Keith Spencer born April 14, 1988 departed this life on Monday March 6, 2023 at the Northside Hospital in Lawrenceville, Georgia being 34-years old. Jeffrey was born I Whitesburg, Kentucky the son of Karen Spencer Duran and the late Timothy Miller. Other than his Father, Jeffrey was also preceded in death by his Nephew, Easton Holbrook; Niece, Ella Holbrook.

Jeffrey Keith Spencer leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Mother, Karen Duran of Duluth, GA; Sister, Nikki Holbrook & Carl of Hazard; Brother, Alex Galaviz of Duluth, GA; Nephew, Carlson Holbrook of Hazard; Special Cousin, Rena Neri of Lawrenceville, GA. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Jeffrey Keith Spencer will be conducted on Saturday March 11, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Jeff Coots officiating. The Interment will follow in the Caudill Cemetery located at Viper, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Saturday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M.
