Jerry Scott Combs born November 22, 1969 departed this life on Thursday – December 11, 2025 at his residence being 56-years old. Jerry was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky the son of the late Jeremiah Combs and Phyllis Ann Combs.  Other than his father Jerry was also preceded in death by his daughter, Carol Ann Combs.

Jerry Combs leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: mother, Phyllis Combs of Hazard, Kentucky; daughter, Stephanie Nichelle Muccio & John of Indiana; son, Phillip Anthony Combs "Brann" of Lexington, Kentucky; brother, Colborn "Colby" Grant Combs of Casey County; grandchildren, Raven, Phinehas, Adalyn; nieces, Sunshine, and Shenandeah; nephews, Jacob Combs, and Cobey Alexander Combs; special friend, Michelle Morris of Richmond; also a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Private Graveside Services to be held by the family at a later date.
