Jerry Couch born December 13, 1980 departed this life on Thursday-May 29, 2025 at the Hazard ARH in Hazard, Kentucky being 44-years old. Jerry was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Eli Couch Jr. and Wanda Deaton.  Other than his father, Jerry was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Geneva and Henry Sizemore; paternal grandparents, Eli (Pim) and Sadie Couch; and close cousin Travis Baker.

Jerry could work on anything size didn't matter, from motors to woodwork.

Jerry Couch leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: mother, Wanda Deaton (Kenneth); wife, Jessica Couch; sons, Jordan Tyler Couch, Joseph Bradley Couch; daughter, Bailey Elizabeth Couch; special niece, Kylie Michelle Johnson; sister, Tina Michelle Johnson (Tony); also, a host of aunts, uncles, and other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Jerry Couch will be held on Monday-June 2, 2025 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 12:00 – 2:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will be held on Monday- June 2, 2025 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home at 2:00 P.M.  The Interment will follow in the Scalem Family Cemetery in Busy, Kentucky.
