Jess Mosley born October 4,1959 departed this life on Saturday July 26, 2025, at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center being 65-years old.  Jess was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Kenneth & Thelma Mosley.  Other than his parents, Jess was also preceded in death by his sister Minnie Rose Mosley; three brothers, Granville Mosley, Levi Mosley, and Charles Fugate, and brother-in-law Delano Couch.  By occupation Jess was a contractor and was a skilled carpenter.  Jess enjoyed tinkering with cars and loved going to church.

Jess Mosley leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: sons, Mark Spencer and James J. Herald; three brothers, William Herald, Johnny Johnson, and Boyd Fugate; five sisters, Patsy Couch, Jackie Gibson, Rethia Neace, Evonne Neace, and Linda Mosley Johnson; special friends, Libby Couch Bryant, Donnie Fugate, Lee McIntyre, and Amos Walker & all the guys at the body shop; also a host of special nieces & nephews, and many other relatives & friends survive.

Visitation for Jess Mosley will be conducted on Tuesday – July 29, 2025, at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 12:00 – 3:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will follow on Tuesday – July 29, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. with Ramon Creech and Buddy Turner officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Combs Cemetery located at Combs, Kentucky.
