Jimmy Couch born June 24, 1981 departed this life on March 2, 2026 in Berry, Alabama being 44-years old.  Jimmy was born in Hyden, Kentucky the son of the late Arlie Couch and the late Ireane Couch.  Other than his parents, Jimmy was also preceded in death by his brother, Arlie Jr., Couch.  Jimmy was a loving father and excellent provider, He was a member of the Church of Christ at Slemp, Kentucky where he loved studying the Bible and learning of Christ.  Jimmy enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family, especially the weekend lake trips.  Jimmy had a unique laugh that stood out in a room, he had a loving personality and was always willing to lend a helping hand.

Jimmy Couch leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife of 21-years: Tiffany Couch of Slemp; sons: Chase O'Neal Couch & Makayla of Hyden and Trenten Blake Couch of Slemp; daughter: Willow Harper Grace Couch of Slemp; grandchild which is due on April 28th: Cohen Couch; Siblings: Tena Mitchell & Freddie, Lawrence John Couch, Jay W. Couch, Lena Couch, and twin brother, Jamie Couch all of Slemp, KY; also a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral Services for Jimmy Couch will be conducted on Thursday – March 12, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Allen Shepherd officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Cornett Cemetery located at Slemp, Kentucky.  The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Thursday at 10:00 A.M. for Family and 11:00 A.M. till 2:00 P.M. for public.
