Jimmy Fields born April 23, 1964 departed this life on Sunday – December 7, 2025 at his residence being 61-years old.  Jimmy was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of Lenville Fields and Ruth Fields.  Jimmy was preceded in death by his wife, Matilda Fields; sister, Joyce Fields; grandparents, Eliza Jane & Ervin Fields, Sarah Kirby; grandson, Raylyn Combs.

Jimmy Fields leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: father, Lenville Fields; mother, Ruth Fields; son, Jimmy Fields; daughter, Jessica Combs; brother, William Earl Fields; sisters, Lori Eversole, Claudette Campbell; special grandson John Combs(Elouise Combs, Ryker Combs); grandchildren, Dakoda Lewis, Gary Lewis, Shannia Lewis, Chance Lewis, Augustina Lewis;  also a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Celebration of Life  will be held on Sunday – December 14, 2025 at the Avawam Pentecostal Church at 2:00 P.M.  with James Cornett officiating.
