Johnny Lynn Baker born March 21, 1956 departed this life on Monday November 4, 2024 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky being 68-years old.  Johnny was born in Louisville, Kentucky the son of Virgie Browning Baker and the late Bobby Baker.  Johnny was a devout member of the Maple Street Church of God, Johnny loved his Lord & Savior and had a deep love for his family and friends.

Johnny Lynn Baker leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: wife of 47-years, Rita Baker of Krypton, KY; beloved daughter, Ashley Baker of Krypton, KY; mother, Virgie Baker of Combs, KY; brother, Jimmy Baker & Janie of Georgetown, KY; special friend, Pastor Mike Smith; also a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, church family and friends survive.

Visitation for Johnny Lynn Baker will be held on Friday – November 8, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday – November 9, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Smith officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Campbell Family Cemetery located at Krypton, Kentucky.
