Jona Cheyenne Kay Fields (Chybug) born June 9, 2001 departed this life on Tuesday March 14, 2023 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 21-years old. Jona was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Sheila Ann Caudill Fields and Johnny Fields. Other than her Mother, Jona was also preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents, Della Fields & Lee; Maternal Grandparents, Edna Caudill & Verlin. Jona was a loving, kind, daughter and sister.

Jona Cheyenne Kay Fields (Chybug) leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Father, Johnny Wayne Fields of Happy; Sister, Candice Thies & Josh of Lexington, KY; Special Nurse, Debbie Anderson; Special Friends, Janice Fields, Deb Sturgill, Alice Collins, Nicole Spencer, Carrie Reed, and Lisa Baker. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral Services for Jona Cheyenne Kay Fields (Chybug) will be conducted on Thursday March 16, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Glenn Gross officiating. The Interment will follow in the Black Hawk Cemetery located at Happy, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Thursday from 11:00 till 1:00 P.M.
