Jonathan Dale Campbell born December 14, 1974 departed this life on Saturday June 1, 2024 at the Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky being 49-years old.  Jonathan was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of Roger Campbell and Pamela Sweet Watts.  Jonathan was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, John R. Campbell; maternal grandparents, George & Mary Sweet.  Jonathan loved working out in the gym, reading, sci fi and traveling, especially to the beach.

Jonathan Dale Campbell leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: daughter, Kaylee Denise Campbell of Leburn, KY; son, Jon Leyton Campbell & Bri of Georgetown, KY; father, Roger Campbell & Theresa of Sixteen Mile; mother, Pamela Watts & Tom of Hazard; brother, Jamie Campbell of Sixteen Mile; grandmother, Irene Gambill of Sixteen Mile; step-brothers, Floyd Shawn Watts and Robbie Watts both of Northern Kentucky; special friends, Trent Conley, Avery Caroline Conley, and Griffin Maddox Conley; god son, Ryker Isaac Trammell; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Jonathan Dale Campbell will be held on Monday June 3, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 1:00 – 3:00 P.M.  Funeral Service will follow on Monday at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home at 3:00 P.M.  Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery at Sixteen Mile.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Kentucky Organ Donor Affiliates at 10301 Linn Station Rd. – Louisville, Kentucky 40223.
