Jonathan Dwayne Collins born February 28, 1984 departed this life on Sunday November 26, 2023 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 39-years old. Jonathan was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of Lacy Deaton and the late Sheila Collins Deaton. Other than his Mother, Jonathan was also preceded in death by his Sister, Leeann Collins and his Grandmother, Lucille Spencer.
