Joshua Logan Shepherd born December 23, 1993 departed this life on Friday September 20, 2024 in Georgetown, Kentucky being 30 years old. Joshua was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of Delores Ann Shepherd and the late Donald Reed Shepherd. Other than his father, Joshua was also preceded in death by his brother, Jim Shepherd; sister, Debra Denise Shepherd; special friend, Cody Collins. Joshua work at Toyota-Tsusho for 11 years and had a passion for working on vehicles and his motorcycle. Joshua enjoyed playing basketball and video games but the majority of his time was spent as a devoted father to his children.

Joshua Logan Shepherd leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: mother, Delores Ann Shepherd & Roy Newton of Owensboro, KY; Fiance of 11 years, Katilyn Jo Bradley of Georgetown, KY; special parents, Judy Smith & Mickey of Hazard; son, Joseph Logan Shepherd of Georgetown, KY; daughter, Alyssa Paige Shepherd of Georgetown, KY; brothers, Ronnie Shepherd of Hazard, Daniel Shepherd & Brooke Cody of Hazard; sisters, Leigh Ann Kilburn & Phillip of Georgetown, KY, Davida Stidham of Hyden, KY, Lisa Shepherd of Letcher, KY; special aunt, Teresa Baker of Hazard. A host of special cousins who were more like siblings than cousins.

Visitation for Joshua Logan Shepherd will be held on Tuesday September 24, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. Funeral Services will be conducted on Wednesday September 25, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home. The Interment will follow in the Feltner Cemetery located at Glomawr, Kentucky.
