Judy Carol Maggard Howard born January 18, 1946 departed this life on Tuesday – June 30, 2026 at her residence in Chavies, Kentucky being 80-years old.  Judy was born in Krypton, Kentucky the daughter of the late Wallace Maggard and the late Lydia Campbell Maggard.  Other than her parents, Judy was also preceded in death by two brothers, Charles Ed Maggard and Jess Maggard.

Judy Carol Howard leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: husband of 58-years, Darwin Howard of Chavies, KY; son, Darwin Wallace Howard & Lisa of Jackson, KY; grandchildren, Beth Hall, Whitney Melton, Gabby Crouch & Dylan, Jackie Howard & Cody Robinson; 6-Great Grandchildren; brother, Joe Maggard; special niece, Henrietta Riddle; special friend, Joanne Howard; also a host of many other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral Services for Judy Carol Howard will be conducted on Friday – July 3, 2026 at 1:00 P.M. at the Krypton Brethren Church with Pastor Paul Sluss officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Sandlin-Maggard-Howard Cemetery located at Gays Creek, Kentucky.  The Visitation will be held on Friday at the Krypton Brethren Church from 11:00 A.M. – 1:00 P.M.
