Judy Ritchie born September 22, 1942 departed this life on Sunday December 22, 2024 at the St. Joseph Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky being 82 years old. Judy was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Aaron Buster Stamper and the late Louanna Stacy Stamper. Other than her parents, Judy was also preceded in death by her husband, Freeman Ritchie; three sons, Freeman, Jr., Timothy and Mitchell Ritchie; sisters, Emma Sue Amos, and Joyce Luster. Judy loved being around her family and was a strong, passionate woman, who was an amazing woman and grandmother.

Judy Ritchie leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: daughters, Michelle Staley & Scott of Lancaster, KY, Ashley Harp & Rocky of Aurora, IN; siblings, Joan Hurt of Hazard, Carol Combs of Florence, KY, Jennie Caudill & Lynn of Vicco, KY, Don Stamper & Jean Ann of Brandon, FL, Ralph Stamper & Janice of Hazard, Cathy Teague of Hazard, Pam Martin & Dennis of Louisville, KY; grandchildren, Brandy Combs & Eddie of Clay City, KY, Dustin Ritchie & Jennifer of Versailles, KY, Dalton Adkins of Wilmore, KY, Noah Ritchie of London, KY, Gabriel Adkins of Lancaster, KY, Aiyana Ritchie of Aurora, IN. A host of great-grandchildren, friends and family survive.
