Judy Kaye Spencer born April 8, 1981, departed this life on Sunday – May 17, 2026 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center being 45-years old.  Judy Kaye was born in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Tom Edward Kilburn and Sandy Spencer Noble.

Judy Kaye leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: mother, Sandy Noble; son, Cameron Lee Colwell; daughter, Alexis Jaylynn Spencer; two special friends, Patty Noble, and Charlie Baker, and other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral Services for Judy Kaye Spencer will be conducted on Friday – May 22, 2026, at 1:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Chris Fugate officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Napier Family Cemetery located at Krypton, Kentucky.  The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Friday from 11:00 A.M. till 1:00 P.M.
