Junior Lewis born January 12, 1976 departed this life on Sunday February 23, 2025 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center being 49-years old. Junior was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Chester Lewis and Lottie Jones. Junior was a loving, carefree person who loved to gamble, the ocean, and most of all being an uncle.

Junior Lewis leaves the following relatives to mourn his passing: Mother, Lottie Jones and Special Step Father, Donald Jones(Butter) of Hazard, KY;  Brothers, William Lewis & Ashley of Vicco, KY, Taylor Lewis & Amy of Wisconsin, Todd Jones of Hazard, KY; Sisters, Betty & Gary Joseph of Leslie County, Amanda Lewis of Hazard, KY, Gloria Keith of Lexington, KY., and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends survive.
