Karen Joyce Lewis born March 25, 1953 departed this life on Wednesday – March 26, 2025 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 72-years old.  Karen was born in Binghamton, NY the daughter of the late Cecil & Jean Lewis.  Other than her parents, Karen was also preceded in death by her daughter, Crystal Testerman; brothers, Terry Michael Lewis, Allen Cecil Lewis.

Karen was a lifelong resident of Leslie & Perry counties.  She worked many years at Winn Dixie and late at Walmart.  Karen's hobbies included bingo, reading, traveling, cooking and sharing recipes with her friends & family.

Karen Joyce Lewis leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: son, Benjamin Testerman of Hazard, KY; sisters, Cindy Hurley & Edgar of London, KY and Sandra Lewis Boggs of Yeaddiss, KY; brothers, Kevin Lewis & Angie of Austin, IN, Daniel Lewis of Hazard, KY, David Lewis of Florida, and Ted Lewis & Sharon of Lexington, KY; also a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and many other relatives & friends survive.
