Kathy Ann Campbell born February 1, 1958 departed this life on Thursday September 29, 2022 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard being 64-years old. Kathy was born at Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Sam Neace and the late Rosa Lee Combs Neace; One Son, Timothy Lee Campbell; Two Brothers, Levi Neace & Ronnie Neace. Kathy loved her Dog Ruffles and worked at the Hazard A.R.H. Psychiatric Center as a Nurse for over 30 years.

Kathy Ann Campbell leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband of 42-years, Earnest E. Campbell of Dice; Son, Bryan Campbell of Dice; Sister, Jerry Campbell of Rowdy. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Kathy Ann Campbell will be conducted on Sunday October 2, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Paul Wegner officiating. The Interment will follow in the Campbell Family Cemetery located at Dice, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Saturday evening from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M.
