Kathy Ann Grigsby born November 5, 1968 went Home to be with the Lord on Saturday January 14, 2023 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. Kathy was preceded in death by her Parents, Hester & Ordley Grigsby.

Kathy Ann Grigsby leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Special Sister in the Lord, Rebecca Fryman of Georgetown, KY; Siblings, Delane Campbell & App of Hazard, James Grigsby & Donna of Pleasant Hill, TN, Louella Morris & William of Hazard, Joanne Combs & Greg of Booneville, KY, Freda Stidham & Eli of Hazard; Six Nieces, Eight Nephews, Ten Great-Nieces, Nineteen Great-Nephews, One Great-Great Niece, One Great-Great Nephew. As well as a host of family and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Kathy Ann Grigsby will be conducted on Tuesday January 17, 2023 at 7:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Tuesday from 5:00 till 7:00 P.M.
