Kathy Reed born July 31, 1963 departed this life on Sunday – May 17, 2026 at her residence in Combs, Kentucky being 62-years old.  Kathy was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Liberty Bryant and the late Irene Holland Bryant.  Other than her parents, Kathy is also preceded in death by the Love of her Life, Marshall Lynn Reed; brothers, Roy Bryant, Eugene Bryant, and Otis Bryant.

Kathy Reed leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Daughter, Cherri Lynn Noble & Amos of Combs, KY; son, Robert Reed of Combs, KY; five grandchildren, Amy Lynn Noble, Hailey Noble, Tyler Noble, Waylon Reed, and Braxton Reed; two brothers, Kenneth Bryant & Kathleen of Hazard and Ray Bryant & Sandy of Hazard, KY; four sisters, Shirley Fugate of Hazard, Allene Neace of Hazard, Geraldine Fugate & Wesley, Jr. of Manchester, KY and Linda Martin of Claiborne, TN; also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral Services for Kathy Reed will be conducted on Wednesday – May 20, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Ken Miller and Wesley Fugate, Jr. officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Bush Cemetery located at Pigeon Roost, KY.  The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Tuesday evening from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M.
