Keith "Papaw" Warfield born April 29, 1953 departed this life on Saturday April 1, 2023 at his residence in Stanton, Kentucky being 69 years old. Keith was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Forrest C. Warfield and the late Margaret Childers Warfield. Other than his Parents, Keith was also preceded in death by his Two Daughters, Pam Warfield and Michelle Warfield; Brothers, Forrest Mike Warfield, Bill Warfield, and Gary Warfield; One Grandson, Tyler Keith Warfield. Keith loved racing and was known on the C.B. as "Hollywood" to which he named his car after.

Keith "Papaw" Warfield leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Wife of 53-years, Faye Warfield of Stanton, KY; Brother, Richard Warfield of Lost Creek; Special Brother, Lyndon Napier of Stanton, KY; Very Special Coworker, Gene (Geno) Hill of Hazard; Three Grandchildren, Dustin Fugate, Samuel Trevor Fugate, and Damion Keith Marlowe; Two Great-Grandchildren, Jayden Fugate and Leah Smith. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral Services for Keith "Papaw" Warfield will be conducted on Monday April 10, 2023 at 1:00 P.M. at the Blair Memorial Baptist Church with Joe Engle and B.J. Campbell officiating. The Interment will follow in the Childers Cemetery located at Lost Creek, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Blair Memorial Baptist Church on Monday from 12:00 till 1:00 P.M.
