Kelly McIntosh, Jr. born July 21, 1968 departed this life on Friday January 13, 2023 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 54-years old.  Kelly was born in Loraine, Ohio the son of Irene Sebastian Campbell and the late Kelly McIntosh.  Other than his father, Kelly was also preceded in death by his first Wife, Jane Anne Long McIntosh; Step-Father, Dale Campbell and Brother, Johnny McIntosh.  Kelly was a contractor by occupation and will be dearly missed by his family.

Kelly McIntosh, Jr. leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Wife, Tammy McIntosh of Combs, KY; Sons, Joshua McIntosh, Caleb McIntosh and Elijah McIntosh all of Lexington, KY; Grandson, Easton McIntosh and a granddaughter on the way; Mother, Irene Campbell of Hazard; Step-Children, Courtney Vanover, Jordan Vanover, and Dylan Vanover all of Combs, KY; Sister, Lisa McDonald & Duncan of Versailles, KY; Brother, Steven McIntosh of Combs, KY; Sister, Michelle Wentz of Ohio; Brother, Brian Cooper of Tennessee and Brother, Joe McIntosh of Tennessee; also a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Kelly McIntosh, Jr. will be conducted on Tuesday January 17, 2023 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 11:00 – 1:00.  Funeral Service will follow on Tuesday January 17, 2023 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Donnie Enfussee and Buin Strater officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Sebastian Branch Cemetery located in Breathitt County at Sebastian's Branch.
