Mr. Kenneth Ray "Yellow" Chaffins born June 16, 1957 departed this life on Sunday September 18, 2022 at the University of Louisville Health being 65-years old. Kenneth was born in Ary, Kentucky the son of Ola Faye Fugate Chaffins and the late Ray Chaffins. Other than his father, Kenneth was also preceded in death by One Niece, Natasha Fugate Jones. Kenneth was an Avid Gardener and Flower Gardener, retired from CSX as a Crane Operator after 42-years of service, a special Husband, Father, and was loved by all.

Mr. Kenneth Ray "Yellow" Chaffins leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Wife, Linda Engle Chaffins of Ary; Mother & Step-Father, Ola Faye Chaffins & Ed Grigsby of Fisty, KY; Children, Tim Chaffins of Nebraska, Kathleen Chaffins of Hazard; Step-Sons, Kevin Lowell Cornett of Hazard, Brian David Smith of Lothair; Sister, Shirley Kaye Fugate of Fisty, KY; Grandchildren, Brayden Cornett of Hazard, Dylan Cornett of Hazard, Gavin Cornett of Hazard; Two Nephews, Hunter Jones of Fisty, KY, Conner Jones of Fisty, KY; Brother-In-Laws, Hershel Flannery & Sylvia of Georgetown, KY, Sonny Boy Engle of Ary; Sister-In-Law, Rita Richie & Rick of Ary. A host of other Relatives and Friends survive.

Funeral Services for Mr. Kenneth Ray "Yellow" Chaffins will be conducted on Thursday September 22, 2022 at 12:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Darcy Owens officiating. The Interment will follow in the Engle Family Cemetery at Ary, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 till 9:00 P.M.
