Larry Joseph Logan born November 11, 1959 departed this life on Friday January 17, 2025 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 65 years old. Larry was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Tommy Howard Logan and the late Melda Sue Logan. Other than his parents, Larry was also preceded in death by his son-in-law, Roger Erik Davidson. Larry was a Member of the Kentucky Army National Guard for 24 years and retired from A.R.H. after 22 years of service.  Larry was an Animal Lover and deeply Loved his dogs especially his Wolf, Hybrids. He enjoyed collecting Tanks, Hunting and was a Prankster. Larry was a Member of the Hazard Masonic Lodge #676 and the Eastern Star Elizabeth Star Chapter #145.

Larry Joseph Logan leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Wife of 38 years, Carol Marie Logan of Jeff, KY; Daughter, Nancy Lavonne' Davidson of Lexington, KY; Son, Brinton Walter Logan of Louisville, KY; Three Grandchildren, Scott Gage Back, Sean Garrett Mullins and Seth Gaven Logan; Aunt, Shirley McCracken of AZ. A host of Cousins and other Relatives and Friends survive.

Visitation for Larry Joseph Logan will be held on Saturday January 25, 2025 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 1:00 P.M. – 3:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday at 3:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Lori Helfrich, MDiv officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Logan Family Cemetery at Jeff, Kentucky. Military Rites will be performed by the Hazard-Perry County D.A.V. Chapter #64, Masonic Rites will be performed by the Hazard Masonic Lodge #676 and Eastern Star Rites will be performed by the Elizabeth Chapter #145. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make donations to Shriners Children's Hospital 110 Conn Terrace, Lexington, KY 40508.
