Laura Mae Eversole born April 13, 1958 departed this life on Saturday March 30, 2024 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 65-years old. Laura was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Earl Fugate and the late Katie Neace Fugate. Other than her Parents, Laura was also preceded in death by her Sisters, Brenda Lawson, Mary Lou Fugate, and Imagene Fugate; Brothers, Raymond Fugate and Chief Fugate. Laura enjoyed fishing and loved spending time with her family.

Laura Mae Eversole leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband of 47 years, Jimmy Wayne Eversole of Busy; Daughters, Katie Young & Randy of Hazard, Earlene  Thacker & Jake of Busy; Brother, Brownlow Fugate of Combs; Sisters, Ola Faye Fugate Lawson & Dave of FL, Margie Bush of Second Creek; Grandchildren, Katelyn Fields, Johnny Fields, Kassidy Fields, Jacob Thacker, Caleb Thacker, and Kelly Young; Great-Grandchildren, Avery Fields, Xavier Fields, and Jonah Fields. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Laura Mae Eversole will be held on Tuesday April 2, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 11:00 till 1:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will follow on Tuesday at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home at 1:00 P.M. with Pastor Merill David Collins officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Eversole Cemetery located at Busy, Kentucky.
