Lee Roy Collins born September 9, 1945 departed this life on Thursday August 11, 2022 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 76-years old. Lee Roy was born at Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Bud Collins and the late Halie Spencer Collins. Other than his parents, Lee Roy was also preceded in death by his Brother, Irvine Collins; Two Sisters, Linda Collins and Dealie Collins Herald. Lee Roy always enjoyed squirrel hunting.

Lee Roy Collins leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Son, Lee Roy Collins, Jr. & Melanie of Krypton, KY; Granddaughter, Brooklyn Collins. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

Graveside Services for Lee Roy Collins will be conducted on Tuesday August 16, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Duff-Napier Cemetery located at Lower Second Creek.
