Leona Collins born September 17, 1949 departed this life on Sunday August 31, 2025 at The Pikeville Medical Center being 75-years old.  Leona was born in Hyden, Kentucky the daughter of the late Eugene Martin and the late Debbie Martin.  Other than her parents, Leona was also preceded in death by her husband Stanley Collins; son, James Riley; daughter, Debbie Lynn Riley.

Leona Collins leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: sons, David and Amanda Collins of Ashland, Kentucky, Claude and Georgina Collins of Ashland, Kentucky; brother, Claude Martin; grandchildren, Saleena Collins, David Collins; also, a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren survive.
