Leslie Kaye Miller born August 21,1966 departed this life on Saturday – December 27, 2025, at the Hazard ARH Medical Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 59-years old.  Leslie was born in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Kenneth Fields and Linda Fields. Other than her father Leslie was also preceded in death by her husband Arnold Miller JR; and her grandson, Derek Griffith.

Leslie leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: mother, Linda Fields; sons, Sean Griffith & Prudy, Jason Griffith & MaKayla; daughter, Brittany Griffith & Eric Baker; brothers, Shannon Fields & Renee, Timmy Fields & Sonya; sister, Tammi Eddington & Deeder; grandchildren, Rachel, Blake, Shane , Cole, Aubree, Kayden, Sophia, and Aaron; special aunt, Glenda Hayes; special nieces, Kristin Fields & Kiezer, Courtney Sweet; great niece, Aria Fields; dog, Bella, an also other family and friends survive.

Visitation for Leslie Kaye Miller will be held on Wednesday – December 31, 2025 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 11:00 – 1:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 P.M.  The Interment will follow in the Riverside Cemetery located at Hazard, Kentucky.
