Lester Lawson, Jr. "Booner" born October 28, 1977 departed this life on Wednesday October 30, 2024 in Versailles, Kentucky being 47-years old.  Booner was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of Lester Lawson and the late Linda Fields Lawson.  Booner loved basketball, music and being around people and his friends.

Lester Lawson, Jr. leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: father, Lester Lawson & JoAnn of Hazard, KY; sister, Heather Estep & Mark Brannon of Bonifay, Florida; brother, Quntion Allen Lawson & Tiffani Fields of Hazard, KY; nephews, Quntion, Cooper, and Robert; niece, Peyton; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Lester Lawson, Jr. will be held at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Monday evening from 5:00 – 8:00 P.M.  Funeral Service will be conducted on Tuesday November 5, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Pastor Buddy Turner officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Family Cemetery located at Big Branch.
