Linda Kay Lewis born September 9, 1966 departed this life on Friday – May 2, 2025 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard, Kentucky being 58-year old.  Linda was born in Bluffton, Indiana the daughter of the late Alfred Jack Lewis and the late Barbara Ellen Goncy Lewis.  Other than her parents, Linda was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ricky Lewis and Nicky Lewis.

Linda Kay Lewis leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: sisters, Debra Wooton & Rick of Scuddy, KY and Vivian Cornett of Leatherwood, KY; nephews, Drew Wooton & Brandi, Ricky James Wooton, Devin Williams, and Kevin Williams; nieces, Kortni Lewis, Alexandra Lewis; great nieces & nephews, Tayah Wooton, Lylah Wooton, Bryson Wooton, and Bradley Campbell; also a host of many other relatives and friends survive.

Services for Linda Kay Lewis will be conducted at a later date.
