Lisa was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of Mary Anne Halcomb and the late William Halcomb. Lisa was a Retired Register Nurse from the Hazard A.R.H. after 30 years of service. Lisa loved the Beach and was a Loving Wife, Mother, and Grandmother.
