Lomanie Johnson born June 5, 1940 departed this life on Sunday, January 1, 2023 at her residence being 82-years old.  Lomanie was born in Ned, Kentucky the daughter of the late Elijah Neace and Phebie Noble Neace.  Other than her parents, Lomanie was also preceded in death by Sisters, Nancy, Pearl, and Martha, Brothers Louzie and Adam. Lomanie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  She was a member of the Busy Pentecostal Church.

Lomanie Johnson leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband of 66-years, Farmer Johnson of Busy, Children, Margie Miller of Harrodsburg, Helen Bowling & Earl of Busy, Samuel Dean Johnson of Busy, Daniel Lee Johnson & Ada of Busy, Nathaniel Johnson of Busy, Rebekah Lomanie Johnson of Berea, Ruth Jackson of Harrodsburg, Bethsheba Johnson of Busy, David Wayne Johnson of Harrodsburg, Grandchildren, Anthony Miller, Vinson Grigsby, Samuel Dean Johnson, Justin Johnson, Josh Johnson, Megan Handy, Summer Shearer, Cheyenne Shearer, Brittney Rockwell, Brandon Brown, Caleb Johnson, and a host of Great-Grandchildren and other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Lomanie Johnson will be on Thursday January 5, 2023 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 12:00 P.M.– 2:00 P.M.  The Funeral Service will be conducted on Thursday January 5, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Eli Johnson officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Grigsby Cemetery located at Grapevine, Kentucky.
