Lonnie Begley born May 29, 1947 departed this life on Saturday November 5, 2022 at the Rockcastle Regional Hospital in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky being 75-years old. Lonnie was born at Hell for Certain, Kentucky the son of the late Jonah Begley and the late Goldie Begley. Other than his parents, Lonnie was also preceded in death by One Son, Lonnie Begley, Jr; Sisters, Paulette, Jeanette, Blanche, and Karen. Lonnie was a Coal Miner by occupation.

Lonnie Begley leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: Son, Johnny Begley & Laura of Berea, KY; Daughter, Pat Mobelini of Nicholasville, KY; Two Brothers, Vernon Begley of Combs, Winston Begley of GA; Sister, Mavis Sellers of Combs. Grandchildren, Brittany Erskine, Brandy Thomas, Linda Carol Begley, and Victoria Begley; Nineteen Great-Grandchildren. A host of other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Lonnie Begley will be conducted on Thursday November 10, 2022 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 10:00 till 3:00 P.M. The Interment will follow in the Family Cemetery located at Combs, Kentucky.
