Loretta Creech Campbell born August 23, 1930 went Home to be with the Lord on Monday November 13, 2023 at the LaFollette Medical Center in LaFollette, Tennessee being 93-years old. Loretta was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late William Couch and the late Sarah Couch. Other than her Parents, Loretta was also preceded in death by her First Husband, Hershel Creech; One Son, Jack Creech; Son-In-Law, Joe Steely; One Grandson, Jonathan McIntyre; Brothers, Ernest, Arnold, and Billy; Sisters, Polly, Pauline, Marge, Dorothy, and Faye. Loretta was a Member of the Florence Church of God and loved spending time with her family and cooking.

Loretta Creech Campbell leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Husband of 40-years, Melvin Merrill Campbell of LaFollette, TN; Son, Roger Creech & Mary Ann of Slemp, KY; Daughters, Yvonne Steely of Middlesboro, KY, Karen McIntyre & Jerry of Viper; Five Step-Children; Daughter-In-Law, Linda Kay Creech of Slemp, KY; Brother-In-Law, Mitchell Parrott of Dayton, OH. Special Niece & Nephew, Ernest Gene & Kupie Cornett; Sixteen Grandchildren, Twenty-Eight Great Grandchildren, Thirteen Great-Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Loretta Creech Campbell will be conducted on Thursday November 16, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Keith Creech officiating. The Interment will follow in the Turner Cemetery located at Cornettsville, Kentucky. The Visitation will be at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Thursday from 12:00 till 2:00 P.M.  Loretta's Grandsons and Nephew will be serving as Pallbearers.
