Louise Couch born February 26, 1955 departed this life on Friday June 16, 2023 at the Hazard A.R.H. being 68-years old.  Louise was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of Shafter Couch and the late Judith Thomas Couch.  Other than her mother, Louise was also preceded in death by her Daughter, Tina Louise Gilliam; Grandson, Patrick Fields; and Brothers, Jeffrey Couch, Tracy Couch, Shafter William Couch.  Louise was a loving mother and grandmother.

Louise Couch leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Father, Shafter Couch of Sassafrass; Daughters, Sheila Martin of Lotts Creek and Cindy Mowry of North Carolina; Son, Garland Gilliam of Somerset, KY; Three Brothers, David Couch of Sassafrass, Jody Couch of Vicco, and Timmy Couch of Sassafrass; Four Sisters, Sarah Francis of Sassafrass, Teresa Turner of Line Fork, Peggy Cornett of Tennessee, and Sheila Hurt of Jackson, KY; 11-Grandchildren, Alex, Monica, Heather, Daniel, Devon, Jacob, Kazia, Dakota, Haley, Dylan, and Connor; 3-Great Grandchildren, Macy, Grayson, and Melody; also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

A Celebration of Life Service for Louise Couch will be held at a later date!
