Lowell Whitaker born July 8, 1963 departed this life on Sunday May 26, 2024 at his residence in Big Creek, Kentucky being 60-years old.  Lowell was born in Hazard, Kentucky the son of the late Bobby Whitaker and the late Sally Eversole Whitaker.  Other than his parents, Lowell was also preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Irvin & Zona Eversole; paternal grandparents, Clyde & Cora Whitaker; brother, Mike Whitaker.  Lowell enjoyed traveling, had a deep love and respect for all branches of the military, loved planes and boats, but most of all loved his family tremendously.

Lowell Whitaker leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: sister, Pamela Stacy & Greg of Big Creek, KY; nephews, Gregory Stacy of Missouri, Kenneth Stacy of Big Creek, and Nicholas Whitaker of Big Creek; great-niece, Kylie Stacy of Missouri; also a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends survive.

There will be a Celebration of Life Service for Lowell Whitaker at a later date.
