Lucy Maxine Gayheart, born April 28, 1979 departed this life on Wednesday-June 24, 2026 at the Baptist Health Center in Corbin, Kentucky, being 47-years old. Lucy was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late Danny Curtis and Bobbie Curtis.

Lucy Maxine leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory; husband, David Dillion; mother, Bobbie Curtis; son, Jamie Danny Keith Gayheart of Jackson, Kentucky; stepchildren, William Gayheart, Ashley Jones; brothers, Sonny Caudill (Carol) of London, Kentucky; Eddie James Shepherd; special niece, Carisa Reynolds;  special nephews, Ethan Caudill, Ronnie Dillion; special children, Jenna Grace Dillion, Jade Dillion; aunts, Bessie, Darlene, Kathleen, Cora Ellen, Justine;;uncles, Arnold Shepherd, Bill Slone; grandchildren, Zoey Jones, Saddie Gayheart; two great nieces, and three great nephews. Also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Visitation for Lucy Maxine Gayheart will be held on Saturday – June 27, 2026, at the Church of lord Jesus Christ, in Puncheon Camp, Kentucky from 6:00 – 9:00 P.M.  Funeral Services will be June 28, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. with Kethie Baker officiating. The interment will follow in the Baker Family Cemetery in Puncheon Camp, Kentucky.
