Martha May Morris, born June 9, 1941 departed this life on Wednesday June 10, 2026 being 85-years old. Martha was born in Hazard, Kentucky. Martha was preceded in death by husband, Rufus Morris; son, Randy Dale Morris; great grandson, Isaac Morris.

Martha May Morris was a retired Cook from A.B. Combs Elementary where she worked for 32 years. She loved traveling with her girls.

Martha leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory; son, Rufus "Curly" Morris Jr. of Bonnyman, Kentucky; daughter, Vickie ( Reece) Joseph of Couchtown, Kentucky; grandchildren, Randy (Donna) Morris, Brandy Joseph, Willie Joseph; great grandchildren, Sydney Morris, Katie Miller, Mikaela Miller, Jackson Stamper, Brecklynn Joseph, Braxton Joseph, Boone and Bridger Joseph; special nephews, Ronnie Lawson, Junior Lawson, and also a host of nephews and nieces and other relatives survive.

Graveside Service for Martha May Morris will be conducted on Saturday – June 13, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. at the Eversole Cemetery with Wendell Combs officiating.
