Matthew Archie Williams born May 15, 1996 in Whitesburg, Kentucky passed away on April 5, 2026 at the Baptist Health in Corbin, Kentucky being 29-years old.  Matthew was loved by everyone who knew him, a loving father, fiancé, son, brother, nephew and cousin to all.  Matthew had a love and passion for fishing, and was a very good handyman on about anything.

Matthew was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Reason Joseph Williams & Mary Jane Williams; paternal uncles: Reason Williams and Jimmy Dwayne Williams; paternal aunts: Pamela Jean Ritchie and Sandra Kay Wells; maternal grandparents, Estill Holbrook & Christine Holbrook; maternal aunts: Janet Feltner, Brenda Lee Holbrook, and Tammy Holbrook; cousins: Sam Moore & Dakota Bauer.

Matthew Archie Williams leaves the following relatives to cherish his memory: fiancé, Raven Perry; daughters: Rosie Ray Williams and Mattie May Williams; father, Archie Williams & wife Olivia; mother, Melissa Holbrook & Odean Gross; sister, Missy Nycole Mullins; brothers, Aiden Ryan Williams and Jaimen Archer Williams; aunts, Sue Ison and Christine "Pooh"; also a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral Services for Matthew Archie Williams will be conducted on Tuesday – April 14, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home with Brian Overbee and Buddy Turner officiating.  The Interment will follow in the Matthew Williams Family Cemetery located at Corbin, Kentucky.  The Visitation will be held at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home on Monday – April 13, 2026 from 3:00 – 9:00 P.M.  Any flowers will be received with much gratitude, or in lieu of flowers donations may be made towards funeral expenses.
